Fibromyalgia Relief — An Advance7 Customer Review
I Can’t Say Advance7 Cured My Fibromyalgia, But It Helps Me Get Through My Day.

Tell us a bit about yourself.
I’m a retired teaching assistant. I spent nearly thirty years in primary schools, and I loved it, all the noise and the chaos of it. These days it’s a lot quieter. I’ve got two grandchildren close by, so I see plenty of them, and I potter about, see friends, that sort of thing. I try to keep moving, because I’ve learned the hard way that sitting still too long doesn’t do me any favours.
When did the fibromyalgia start?
It came on gradually in my late forties. I was tired all the time, aching everywhere, and I couldn’t work out why. It took a good while and a lot of appointments before I was finally told it was fibromyalgia. In a strange way it was a relief just to have a name for it.
I’m under my GP for it, and I manage it the way you have to: pacing myself, gentle exercise, the medication I’ve been prescribed. There’s no magic switch. Anyone who tells you different isn’t being straight with you.
How does it affect you day to day?
It’s the unpredictability, really. Some days are fine, and then a fibromyalgia flare up arrives out of nowhere and everything hurts at once. I’ve got certain tender points that are always the first to go, my hand stiffness, my neck and shoulders, and my feet by the end of the day.
The hands are a big one. When the fibromyalgia is in my hands, even small things become a struggle, opening a jar, doing up buttons. And my feet, some evenings they are so sore I could cry.
How did you come across Advance7?
A friend at my support group swore by it for her knees. I’d tried all sorts of creams over the years and never thought much of any of them, so I was sceptical. But she kept on at me, so I ordered a tube to keep her quiet, really.
How do you use it?
On the worst spots, when they flare. I rub the Advance7 Gel into my hands of a morning when they’re stiff and sore, and into my neck and shoulders when they seize up. It doesn’t take the fibromyalgia away, nothing does, but it takes the edge off the ache just there, and that can be the difference between a manageable day and a miserable one.
And your feet?
That’s been the nicest surprise. My feet are one of my worst areas, and I started using the Advance7 foot product on them in the evenings. It soothes the aching feet, and the skin on my feet has always been dry and rough, so it’s helped with that too. It’s become part of my wind-down before bed, and I sleep better for not lying there with throbbing feet.
Has it made a difference overall?
It has. I’ll put it plainly: I can’t say Advance7 cured my fibromyalgia, it’s a very serious condition and nothing cures it, but it has helped me and made a real difference to how I get through my day. On a bad day, having something I can reach for that brings a bit of relief to my hands and feet means a lot. It gives me back a little bit of control, and when you live with chronic pain, that matters more than I can say.
Would you recommend it?
I already do, all the time, especially to others at my group who struggle with sore hands and feet. I always say the same thing: it won’t fix the fibromyalgia, but it might just take the edge off, and on a bad day that’s worth a great deal.
